Our Process

Discovery & Booking

We start with a relaxed discovery call to talk through your vision, aesthetic, and expectations. Once we confirm we’re a great fit and lock in your date, we immediately dive into custom timeline guidance to set your day up for a seamless, stress-free flow.

Engagement Session

Your complimentary engagement session is where the magic happens before the big day. It’s the perfect, pressure-free opportunity to get comfortable with gentle direction, experience our warm, natural-light approach firsthand, and get photos you love before the wedding.

Logistics & Vision Questionnaire

As your date approaches, we check in and send over our detailed wedding questionnaire. This allows us to map out family formal lists, pinpoint key design details, map out lighting, and capture the exact "vibe" and emotional priorities of your celebration.

Final Prep & Wedding Day Coverage

A few weeks out, we hop on a final check-in call to walk through the completed timeline step-by-step so everyone is on the same page. On your wedding day, we step in as a grounding, calming presence—keeping everything running smoothly while capturing every authentic, candid moment.
