Class of 2026 Senior Rep Team Application

Being a Senior Rep for Emma’s Photo Co. means you have the opportunity to represent the face of Emma’s Photo Co. Seniors! Senior Reps receive countless perks including:

  • Meet & Greet Party with a group styled shoot to kick off your senior year

  • HUNDREDS of DIGITAL IMAGES to share online with your friends and family (they're all included! no additional fees for this!)

  • Participation in a group styled shoot in the back to school, fall & end of the year cap & gown shoot

  • Themed mini shoots throughout the year

  • Any additional sessions booked with Emma’s Photo Co. throughout the year are $125 (Family, best friends, couples, prom, additional senior session, etc!)

I am so excited to kick-start this new team and cannot wait to work with an amazing group of 2026 Seniors! Before applying, please read the following.

Chosen Senior Reps are required to:

  • Attend a meet & greet event and first team shoot on a date agreed upon by the group

  • Use Emma Roberts as their sole professional High School Senior photographer during their senior year (Don’t worry about photos for School, Sports Teams, Clubs, or other Organizations)

  • Post on social media at least 2+ times a month with your Emma’s Photo Co. images

  • Book your Senior Rep retainer fee ($250) with Emma upon acceptance of the program. The total cost of this program is the price of your individual senior session ($500) Remaining payment is due the day of your individual senior session. This is the only payment or fee ever associated with the Senior Rep program and covers all costs of being in the program including their personal 2-hour senior session! Notify parents of their application. Your parent will be contacted first if you are chosen as a Senior Rep, so please be sure they are aware that you are applying and that they understand the requirements!

By clicking submit, I understand that if I am chosen as an Emma’s Photo Co. Senior Rep, I will be required to use Emma’s Photo Co. as my High School Senior photographer and will contractually agree to not use any other photographers for the duration of the senior rep program. I also understand that this application will be reviewed by Emma Roberts and is not guaranteed acceptance into the senior rep program. In addition, I understand that, if chosen as a senior rep, I am required to pay the cost of one full senior 2 hour senior photography session ($500) that covers all costs for the duration of the program.
